Our closing date is in 20 days and we couldn't be more excited! I do have to say it's so stressful going through the underwriting process! I feel like I may go a little crazy before it's over. Our lender has been so great talking to us about everything and soothing any worries. According to her everything has been smooth sailing.
While looking for a home we prayed to know what we would be right for us. We asked that if it was the right home we would feel good as we looked at it and everything would go smoothly. And it has! The owners accepted our offer with no counter. The house had only been on the market for 2 days so we were pretty excited about that!
We'll miss our ward so much. We tried to stay, but couldn't really afford a house in Auburn. I was amazed at the prices once we started looking. It really is more expensive to live here than in Arizona! We are excited to start our life in Orting though.

The inspection and appraisal are done. We're in the last leg of underwriting then it heads to escrow! We may even be able to close early! We could use the extra prayers!(:
